The following file contains page elements and javascript that provide cross browser scrolling table header capability. For simplicity, they are packaged together in an ASP "include" file in two sections:

1. STYLE element. It should really appear in the page's HEAD element.
    
2. Javascript. This has been tested on Windows XP with current IE, Firefox and Opera browsers. It has also been tested on Mac OS X (briefly, at the Apple store in King of Prussia mall) with the current Safari browser.
